Policies

 When you place an order please print your order page or write down your order number. When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your junk mail folder in your email program. Quite often our confirmation emails get filtered to the junk mail folder by various email programs.  We are occasionally out of items that are posted on our site. We do our best to minimize this, but due to the large number of items on our site we are occasionally sold out of items that you have ordered. We will try to contact you in the event this happens.

When orders are placed your credit card only gets authorized. It will not be charged until your order ships. When you place an order it does not get processed until the following day. If you place an order on Thursday it is typically processed on Friday.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday. Orders are pulled for shipping one to two business days after they are placed. We only ship via U.S. Postal Service. Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse it will take USPS from one to four business days to make your delivery. Please keep this in mind when ordering an item that is needed by a specific date.

 If we need to contact you regarding your order, it is much easier if you leave us a daytime phone number. We do not ship outside of the United States. All orders need to be placed on the website for tracking and security purposes. We do not accept phone orders.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges can be sent to Mannys 151 Marshall Street, Syracuse NY 13210. Please include your order I.D. number with your name and phone number with any exchanges or returns. If you are exchanging please include a note telling us what you'd like in exchange. There is a $5.99 reshipping fee for exchanges.  Please include a check payable to Manny's for $5.99 for any exchanges.  

Please note that for some rural addresses orders may take an additional business day to arrive, even for Express service. 

When contacting us regarding an order it is helpful if you have your order i.d. number handy.  All returns must be made within 30 days of order date.
