Policies

Mannysonline is not an inventory controlled website.  When you place an order and you get your confirmation, the confirmation is only to verify the correct size, color, and address for all information given.  We are occasionally out of items that are posted on our site. We do our best to minimize this, but due to the large number of items on our site we are occasionally sold out of items that you have ordered.
When you place an order it does not get processed until the following day.  So if you place an order on Thursday it does not get processed until Friday.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are not processed until Monday. Orders are pulled for shipping one to three business days after they are placed. Please keep this in mind when ordering an item that is needed by a specific date.
  Due to the quantity of orders that come in, it is hard to make individual phone calls to every customer with an out of stock item on their order.  If you place an order that has items that are out of stock, we will ship your order without contacting you if your adjusted invoice total is twice the amount of the shipping total.  If we need to contact you, it is much easier if you leave a daytime number that you can be reached at.  If we contact you, and you do not reply within 24 hours your order may be cancelled.  We do not ship outside the continental United States and we do not ship to APO's or PO boxes.  We also are not responsible for any unforeseen problems with shipping orders.  
Our Manny's store on Marshall Street can always help with stock availability.  We do not  take phone orders.  All orders need to be placed on the internet for tracking and security purposes.

Returns can be sent to Mannys 151 Marshall Street, Syracuse NY 13210. If the mistake is ours,  we will re-ship at no charge.  If you make a mistake ordering or you need an exchange, there is a $6.00 reshipping fee.  Please include a check payable to Manny's for $6.00 for any exchanges. We only ship via UPS. 
When contacting us regarding an order please have your order number handy.  All returns must be made within 30 days of order date.
