We ship all orders via UPS. We can not ship orders outside of the continental U.S. or to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. We must have a valid street address.

Q: When will I receive my order ground service order?
A: Orders ship within 1-3 business days after received, and you must add an additional 5 to 7 business days depending on where you live for UPS to deliver your order.
Q: Do you deliver on holidays and weekends?
A: Holiday and weekend delivery is not available.
Q: If I place an order on Wednesday and pay for 2nd day shipping when will I receive the order?
A: Monday. We will process and ship your order on Thursday but UPS 2nd day air takes two business days from when UPS receives it to deliver.
