Returns

An authorization is not needed for returns. We have a 60-Return Policy. We ask that garments are unworn and unlaundered and products are returned in new condition. You may ship back items to our warehouse address. We do not send prepaid return labels unless we made an error or you would like to make an exchange. Please include your order ID number, contact information and a note asking for a refund. There are absolutely no returns on Vansport custom apparel or Blakeway Panoramas.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, please place a new order for the size or item you would like, and send us an email with your new order# and we can include a prepaid return mailer in your new order to send back items for a refund. 

Please note it is easier for us to reply to your emails than it is to return phone calls. If you make a mistake on your order please email us.  Many email programs filter our confirmations to the junk or spam folder on your computer. The best way to receive order confirmation emails from us is to add our email address to your address book. (noreply@mannysonline.com)
